What information I receive

This website does not ask you to create an account or fill in forms. If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and message.

Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and performance. The site may also use essential cookies so that it works properly.

How I use it

I use the information you send only to reply to you, to arrange consultations, sessions, workshops, retreats and ceremonies, and to care for you if we work together. I never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your health information

Please share detailed medical information in consultation rather than by WhatsApp or email. Clinical records are kept confidential and handled in line with the health regulations that apply to my practice in Dubai.

Services this site relies on

Messages sent through WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp (Meta), and emails by my email provider. This website is built with WordPress and hosted by Bluehost, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for medical records.

Your choices

You may ask to see the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Simply write to info@drlanalle.com.
