Time on the land, in ceremony and in community, returning to right relationship with Nature, one another and ourselves.
There are moments when we need to step away from the noise of daily life. To sit on the earth, under the open sky, and remember what it feels like to belong to something larger than ourselves.
My retreats are held in small groups, in places of natural beauty: the desert, the mountains, the sea. Each has its own theme and rhythm, weaving together embodied practice, ceremony, circle, silence and rest, held with respect for the traditions they draw from and reciprocity with the land.
They are for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect and listen more deeply to their bodies, to one another and to the living world.

A pilgrimage into the high Himalayas, among ancient monasteries, prayer flags and mountain valleys, where Tibetan Buddhist wisdom is still woven into daily life. A time to walk, sit, listen and open to the sacredness of the land.
Peru · 22 July – 8 August 2027
A journey from the rainforest to the high Andes, honouring the land, its people and the ancestral wisdom of the mountains. Through ceremony, time in Nature and embodied practice, we follow the path of the Eagle and the Condor.
Honouring life’s transitions and our relationship with the sacred.
Ceremony invites us to slow down, reconnect and honour the deeper rhythms of life. Drawing on shamanic traditions, plant wisdom and embodied practices, I create intentional spaces for gratitude, transformation and connection with Nature.
Offerings include cacao, grief and life transition ceremonies, water and fire ceremonies, and despacho offerings honouring Pachamama and reciprocity with the living world.
Available for private individuals, couples, families and groups, with ceremonies shaped around the people, intentions and occasions being honoured.

Gathering in the stillness of the desert on the longest night of the year, we honour the darkness, give thanks for all that this year has held, and open our hearts with cacao to welcome the return of the light.
